Estate
The Estate is essentially a simplified and more modest Craftsman. It has all of the upgrades & attributes as the Craftsman except for the dormer & windows in the roof line. Everything else is exactly the same. The higher-pitched roof, the decorative braces and enlarged overhang; they're all here. It's just a more sensible price for those who want a lot of the personality & usability of the Craftsman but want to stay within a budget. This could also be viewed as a Gable building with a selection of upgrades. Either way, the Estate is a subtle & distinguished building to add to any yard.
The Estate is often purchased to be used as a pool house. storage building, potting shed, workshop, etc.
